File/Database Tables/Providers/open/PIN's/ssn# or fed employer tax ID (**Provider assigned on the case screen unless on Plus/Advanced)

Note - ECL looks for Employer TIN, then SSN (uses whichever it finds first).

Note - 2/27/08 and above: SSN or Employer TIN; Selectable by payer on the Printed claims options tab. (3/1/08 and above - works on PrtCap also). MUST be using CMS 1500 08/05!

Note - OH Workers Comp, the label of Medicaid will populate this box, SSN or EIN will NOT be checked (on payer need to check Override box 25 EIN default (use social security#).(If need to send legacy ID's for Medicaid, then Create a PPBID for Workers Comp with a Medicaid PIN types.).
